Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bay & Lakes Region is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team! This role will support Emotional Wellness efforts at our Green Bay Clubhouses with regular travel to Shawano, directly working with youth and integrating Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) principles into daily operations.
What You’ll Do:
Provide
youth support
through engagement, assessment, intervention, and evaluation.
Utilize the
Zen Den
for skill-building, behavioral management, and emotional regulation.
Apply
Emotional Wellness Core Competencies
and
TIC values
to help youth thrive.
Provide
case management services
to youth identified by the Emotional Wellness Team.
Collaborate with
caregivers, school professionals, and external agencies
to enhance support.
Assist in developing
effective intervention strategies
for Clubhouse needs.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in either Social Work or Counseling
2+ years of experience
in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or Counseling.
Strong
compassion, patience, problem-solving skills, and flexibility
in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to
manage behavioral challenges and respond to crises calmly .
Experience working with
youth of all ages
(preferred).
Knowledge of
Trauma-Informed Care
(a plus!).

Full-time (35-40 hours per week/M-F, between 11:00am – 6:00pm); Summer (40 hours per week 9:00am-5:00pm)
Pay:
$40,000 per year minimum, based on experience
