Media Digitization Technicians
to preserve important moments and milestones trapped on videotapes, film reels, and photos by converting these priceless memories into digital keepsakes.
This is not a typical warehouse job. You’ll work hands‑on with real family memories, from VHS tapes to film reels, helping preserve them for future generations.
Starting Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, paid bi‑weekly
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 3:30 pm – 12:00 am
Responsibilities of Media Digitization Technicians:
Operate production and digitizing equipment to preserve tapes, film, and photos
Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and care with every order
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while meeting production goals
Maintain a positive attitude, stay self‑motivated, and support your teammates
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
Start your shift with a clear assignment and production goals
Work at a production station to support daily workflow, quality standards, and customer order completion.
Follow simple, repeatable processes to ensure quality and consistency
Rotate tasks or formats as needed to support production flow
Track your output and contribute to team production targets
End your shift knowing exactly what you accomplished
You’ll Likely Do Well in This Role If You’ve Previously:
Worked in a production, warehouse, or fulfillment environment with clear daily goals
Operated equipment or machinery (including scanners, printers, or media devices)
Followed step‑by‑step processes or SOPs with consistency
Worked in a role where attention to detail really mattered
Been in positions where output and accuracy were both important
You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Like:
Having a clear, structured day with defined tasks
Working with your hands and operating equipment
Staying focused and getting into a rhythm
Seeing tangible progress throughout your shift
Being part of a team working toward daily production goals
Who You Are:
Experience in a production, warehouse, or fulfillment role is preferred
Basic technology skills such as using a camcorder, VHS player, or scanner
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes
Growth mindset with a desire to achieve goals and adapt to change
Must be 18 years or older and able to stand or walk for an 8+ hour shift
