DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Material Handler to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN.

Job Summary
Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways

Ensure Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you’ll help maintain a safe work environment.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on‑the‑job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requires certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider, etc.) and/or other heavy machinery.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on‑the‑job experience.

Perform Cycle Count and other Inventory Management related tasks as directed by the supervisor.

At‑least 2 years driving forklift experience / working experience as a PIV driver.

Able to work in a warehouse environment.

Able to lift up to 15kgs.

Able to do identification, packing, putaway, picking and shipping.

Able to read and write simple English.

Must have basic computer knowledge.

Experience in handling in RF gun scanners.

No cross‑border relocation on this role.

Work is required to be completed 100% in person/On‑site.
