Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a
Senior Procurement Agent
to join our team in Seattle, WA.
Position Responsibilities
Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions minimizing risk and maximizing benefit for the Company
Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements
Support Procurement Agents as a subject‑matter expert in contracts and contracting matters
Drafts modifications to PIA/NDAs, Goods contracts, bailment agreements, and other agreements to support commercial Spares
Interacts with internal and external teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
5+ years of experience managing the procurement process including coordinating with business partners and providing functional support
5+ years of experience leading contract negotiations for a variety of complex terms and conditions
5+ years of experience with contract management
5+ years of experience with contractual risk management terms
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Juris Doctor Law
SAP, Procurement Systems and AI tools for contract management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Aviation related field
