Job Overview

Are you a skilled Commercial Roofing professional with exceptional leadership abilities? Are you ready to take on the role of Field Project Supervisor and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems? As a Commercial Roofing Field Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for customer communication, supervision of installation, and job organization throughout the roof replacement process.
Duties and Responsibilities

Walk the customer through the proposal at the start of a job
Take pictures to verify the material & scope of work
Maintain job site cleanliness throughout the duration of the job
Updates with pictures/descriptions on captivated (minimum 3 times)
Clean up the job site after lunch
Mid‑day 5‑Point Inspection
Oversee roof installation
Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check and Pre‑employment Drug Screen
2+ years of hands‑on commercial roofing experience
Prior experience meeting clients
Must be able to climb ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roof tops
Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month March‑November and 1 Saturday a month November‑March
Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck
Willingness to work long hours during busy season
Military service a plus
Compensation and Benefits

$25 to $30 per hour commensurate with experience
