Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate reservation requests

Collect and document client preferences and details

Review booking information for accuracy and completeness

Communicate confirmations, updates, and necessary follow-ups

Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservations

Assist with administrative coordination and workflow support
