Bodyshop Receptionist
Responsibilities
Approach all encounters with customers and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Must maintain and display a positive attitude
Maintain Regular attendance in compliance with DeMontrond standards
Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail
Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business
Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.
Keep itineraries of specific people and handle tasks that need immediate attention in the absence of those people.
Responsible to open repair and close repair orders.
Type correspondence, forms and other documents as assigned.
Assist management as requested in completion projects or special requests
Attend department meetings

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED
2 year of related experience and/or training preferred.
Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
