Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour

Daytime: Friday 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
How This Role Works
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts’): 6‑month commitment to a designated site and weekly shift.
Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: pick‑up extra shifts via scheduling platform to increase earnings.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, relay information, and dispatch personnel in a timely manner throughout the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting key details and communicating updates to supervisors, site contacts, and/or emergency responders as needed.
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, dispatch records, and other required documentation related to daily activity, unusual events, and/or access or communication issues.
Conduct regular and random patrol coordination and support for the business and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity while working in a chemical and petrochemical environment with varying conditions.
Minimum Requirements
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
A TSA‑issued TWIC is required.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
