
Greenskeeper

Rouge Park Golf Course is looking for greenskeepers for the golf season. The Greenskeeper is a key member of the course maintenance team and is responsible for landscaping and maintenance around the golf course.
Ideal candidates have a passion for landscaping and the game of golf. Beginner Greenskeepers are welcome – while knowledge of grounds maintenance is preferred, previous experience is not required. Part‑time and full‑time seasonal positions will be available.
Responsibilities
Maintain clean work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility.
Help with the daily set‑up of the golf course.
Mow greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees, and other areas.
Rake and maintain sand bunkers.
Assist in turf maintenance practices such as aerifying, topdressing, and seeding.
Perform general landscape maintenance using handheld tools.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
A valid driver’s license.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
Commitment to safety procedures and environmental best practices.
