What You'll Expect
As a Drop/Count Team Member, you’ll handle all aspects of the drop and count process for gaming operations in compliance with regulations and company policies. You’ll collect, transport, sort, and count gaming revenue while ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining professionalism
Collect and replace cash boxes from gaming machines quickly and efficiently
Transport bill validator carts to the Count room
Operate drop equipment carefully around gaming areas and guests
Sort, count, wrap, and record cash box contents per company standards
Balance unaudited totals and generate required reports
Operate currency counters, bill sorters, and 10-key calculators
Load/unload cash box carts and maintain secure handling procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by management
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (or GED)
Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and efficiency
Basic math skills and familiarity with accounting software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
What We Require
Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
Physical ability to stand, walk quickly, lift/move up to 25 lbs. and work in a noisy, smoke‑filled environment
Must maintain focus during repetitive tasks in a secure environment
