Lead Lifeguard: Aquatic Safety & Camp Team Lead

Spruce Lake in Canadensis, PA is seeking Lifeguards for the summer team to ensure high-level aquatic safety and oversee the guard team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 seasons of lifeguard experience and a deep water certification. Candidates must demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and be at least 18 years old. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including days, evenings, and weekends. This role is passionate about creating a safe, Christ-centered environment for guests.
