As we continue to grow, we are looking for highly organized and motivated candidates to serve as Office Managers to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
As an Office Manager, you will facilitate calls to educate customers on the types of services & solutions we provide, manage the daily schedule, and ensure customers are matched with the right craftsmen for a successful customer journey. You will also provide logistical support for our craftsmen, help them with material ordering and scheduling efficiencies.
Respond to job leads in a timely manner
Coordinating the schedule and material ordering for multiple craftsmen and projects
Utilizing ServiceTitan – our dispatching & schedule management software
Returning customers calls as needed and following up with past customers
Performing paperwork and filing duties
Assist in solving operational logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey
Job Requirements
We are looking for professionals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong administrative background and multitasking skills. The candidate must display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and be able to interact effectively with both customers and our craftsmen.
High school diploma or GED
5-10 years of administrative assistant/scheduling experience
Comfortable with sales
Adaptive to technology
Strong customer service skills
Excellent office management skills
Solid typing skills; ten-key skills, a plus
Great multitasking and prioritization skills
Exceptional communication skills
Sales and/or Marketing – a basic understanding of sales and marketing and the differences between the two, a plus
QuickBooks Online or other accounting knowledge, a plus
Customer-facing experience, a plus
Additional Compensation
Competitive pay ranging from $24-$26 per hour
