As an EU Marketing Intern, you will support the definition, development, and deployment of the marketing strategy & activation plans across EU markets. Working closely with senior stakeholders (Product, Communication, and Local Markets), you will gain hands‑on experience in strategic marketing, brand development, and local activation in a fast‑paced, international environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand how marketing strategies are built at EU level and translated into impactful local execution.
Your role and impact
1. Strategy & Planning
Contribute to the development of the EU marketing strategy through data analysis and market insights
Support the translation of local growth priorities into local activation plans
Competitive benchmark & analysis
2. Brand Adoption & Development (Below‑the‑line)
Develop a strong understanding of key accounts’ challenges, customer behaviors, needs, and buying drivers
Work on brief and collaborate with the global comm’ team to strengthen our messages and support the development of below‑the‑line marketing assets
Assist in developing assets or to the localization of assets and tools to drive brand’s adoption
3. Deployment & Local Market Support
Actively support local markets in executing impactful marketing initiatives aligned with their growth levers, priorities, and challenges (such as Joint account events, Local events, sponsorship, etc.)
4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
Analyze the performance of local marketing initiatives and assess ROI and success factors
Best practices case building and sharing with key internal stakeholders
About you
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
A first professional experience in marketing is a strong plus
Strong interest in strategic and operational marketing
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and performance indicators
Structured, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working on multiple projects
Good communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; marketing or analytics tools are a plus
