THE WORK:

You’ll provide professional and efficient construction administrative support to project managers and certain regional activities.

You’ll act as a liaison with project management, field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment.

You’ll maintain and track project schedules in coordination with project managers.

You’ll provide support for meetings, including agendas, preparing meeting summaries, scheduling facilitators and participants, room setup, coordinating materials, and ordering meals.

You’ll support document management by maintaining SharePoint and MS Teams sites, ensuring adherence to protocols, and assisting with file uploads and sharing.

You’ll assist all project staff with administrative tasks such as expense reporting, timesheets, and project documentation.

You’ll prepare and edit reports, presentations, compile data for analysis, maintain confidentiality, and assist with creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings and conferences.

Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

High school diploma

3+ years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience, ideally in construction or engineering projects

Valid driver’s license with no major infraction

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Associates or Bachelors degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management platforms

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Experience in supporting construction documentation, scheduling, and budget processes

Experience working in a human relations, accounting or project management

Advanced or specialized training in administrative support

$65,000 - $110,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
