What You’ll Do
Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs
Support the execution of the daily and monthly activity calendar
Engage residents in group and individual activities
Help meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs
Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well‑being
Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team
What You Bring
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Genuine care and compassion for residents
Positive, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude
Ability to engage residents with enthusiasm and creativity
Excellent attendance and reliability
