Late Night Team Member Responsibilities:
6pm-2am working hours
Work during business hours in a position (10pm)
Sweep, scrub and mop all floors in FOH and BOH
Complete nightly cleaning lists for FOH and BOH
Clean and maintain equipment/pressure fryers
Put away truck order and rotate stock
Clean windows and doors
Clean lemonade bubblers
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be 18+
Consistent and reliable
Reliable transportation
Cheerful and positive attitude
Loves serving and helping others
Customer service oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Able to multi-task
Works well independently and in a team environment
Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
