Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and caring Nanny / Family Assistant to support our family during weekday afternoons in Franklin, MA.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM (25 guaranteed hours per week)
Children
Two children, ages 4 and 6.
Compensation
$30–$32 per hour.

Childcare Responsibilities
Supervise and engage with two children.
Assist with after-school routines.
Plan fun, age-appropriate activities.
Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.
Family Assistant Responsibilities
Family laundry.
Light household organization and tidying.
Helping keep the home running smoothly.
General household support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Must have 3-5 professional references.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
Live‑in?: live out: Seperate housing offered?
