POSITION SUMMARY
The Food & Beverage Team Members is responsible for assisting with our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent food and beverage products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treats

Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine

Ability to accurately complete sales transactions using cash register/POS System

Assist with food prep and cooking

Lend support to other leaders and team members

Keep all food service areas clean and neat

Balance cash drawer at end of shift

Setup/breakdown rooms with tables and chairs according to floor plan

Other various duties as assigned management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 18 years or older

Must be able to work weekends

Willingness to follow directions

Friendly customer service demeanor

Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons

One year of customer service experience with general public preferred

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to lift 40 pounds

May be required to stand for extended periods of time

Facility has intermittent noise
