Our client, an industry leader in recycling and waste management, is seeking a dedicated Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting recycling and waste processing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
$16.00/hr
Shift:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 7am to 3:00pm, with potential additional days in summer months
Job Responsibilities
Sort recycled items such as cans, glass, and plastic bottles from conveyor belts into designated chutes or bins
Assist with other recycling duties including handling E-waste, concrete, and trash pickup when sorting line is not active
Help direct traffic and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Support team members with general helper duties as needed
Maintain safety standards by wearing provided PPE and following safety protocols
Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform reaching, bending, or squatting tasks
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and help where needed
Own reliable transportation to and from the work site
Must wear S/T work boots or shoes and bring your own PPE if preferred
No prior experience required; training will be provided
