Night Shift Team Member
The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Coordinators, and has direct interactions with members of the field operations team.
Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
Maintain health and safety standards in work areas
Unload and stock inventory items as needed
Have prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
Follow Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies
Close the restaurant
Break down equipment and clean
Qualifications
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with coworkers
Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
