Front Desk Agent
We’re hiring a Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, driven by results, and ready to lead with purpose — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and check in guests using Hilton or Marriott systems

Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries

Resolve issues with professionalism and positivity

Communicate with housekeeping and engineering as needed

Promote Marriott loyalty programs and upsell amenities

What You Bring

Friendly, polished customer service skills

Hotel front desk experience preferred

Experience with PMS systems like FOSSE a plus

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Open availability for all shifts including overnights
