Ability to lift 50lbs
Be at least 16 yrs of age
Have reliable transportation
Key job responsibilities
Complete Zaxby's University training for FOH and BOH
Maintain training current as new training is released
Complete understanding of Zaxby’s menu
Ensure customers receive the correct meal items
Taking quest orders, accepting payment for quest orders
Prep responsibilities include food preparation and meal preparation
Maintains a clean work area, dishes, floor mopping, and trash removal
Prep responsibilities include food preparation, meal preparation
Reports directly to General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leads
Provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests.
