Job Summary
Manages a team that designs and develops comprehensive marketing programs tailored to various service offerings to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Coordinates the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of marketing plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine strategies and ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in achieving desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the marketing team by setting clear goals, assigning tasks, and providing necessary guidance and oversight to ensure team success.
Coordinates and prioritizes marketing strategies to ensure the execution of departmental goals aligns with overall business plans, making adjustments as necessary.
Develops and implements marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based strategies to increase the brandas presence within the electrical industry.
Establishes measurable goals for marketing performance and conducts evaluations to ensure the effective allocation of resources, overseeing budgets and timelines.
Works with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of marketing strategies across sales, product development, and other departments, promoting effective communication and coordination.
Advises senior leadership on marketing trends, industry best practices, and key insights that influence long-term marketing strategies and business objectives.
Develops external relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and external agencies to ensure the brandas marketing initiatives are impactful and meet company standards.
Evaluates the performance of marketing initiatives and provides recommendations for improvement based on analysis of market data and campaign results.
Mentors and coaches marketing team members, providing support, feedback, and professional development opportunities to ensure high team performance and growth.
Performs other duties as assigned

Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals.
