The Salvation Army (Central) - - Responsibilities: Store Operations Management: Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, staff supervision, and compliance with store policies and procedures.; Inventory & Merchandising: Supervise the sorting, pricing, and display of donated goods to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure merchandise is appealing and well-organized.; Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and complaints and maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the store.; Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies, promotions, and sales events to drive store revenue and attract new customers.; Community & Donor Relations: Build strong relationships with donors, local businesses, and community organizations to enhance store donations and promote The Salvation Armys mission and goals.
