What you'll do
Lead & inspire: Manage and motivate a team of 30-40 drivers.
Player-coach: Jump in and set the example by meeting the same driver standards you'll hold your team to.
Drive excellence: Oversee operations, schedules, and KPIs to keep everything on time and on point.
Champion safety: Set the standard for safe, compliant, and professional operations.
Deliver results: Own P&L responsibility, budgeting, and performance outcomes.

What you'll get
Competitive pay: $75,000$85,000 per year + up to 20% bonus potential.
