We're seeking a Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail + commercial environment and is passionate about leading people, improving performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
Lead daily store operations and team performance
Drive sales growth and meet profit goals
Build, coach, and develop a strong team
Deliver excellent retail & commercial customer service
Manage payroll, expenses, inventory, and store P&L
Ensure safety, compliance, and store standards
Support hiring, training, and employee development
Identify new customer and revenue opportunities
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma/ GED
3+ years management experience (auto parts preferred)
Strong leadership and coaching ability
Experience with sales, operations, and team development
Ability to manage budgets, payroll, and performance metrics
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day
Indoor/outdoor work in varying conditions
PPE required as needed
Schedule
Full-time leadership role
~50 hours per week
