
Plumbing Foreman

We are looking for Plumbing Foreman to supervises and coordinates the work of plumbing crews on construction or service projects. This role ensures all plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired according to project specifications, safety standards, and applicable codes while keeping projects on schedule.
Location Berlin
Pay is $40-50 an hour
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, lead, and mentor a team of plumbers and apprentices on job sites
Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate plumbing work with other trades (electrical, HVAC, general construction)
Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal plumbing codes
Monitor job progress and report updates to project managers
Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance
Order materials, manage inventory, and track equipment usage
Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems on-site quickly
Enforce workplace safety standards and conduct safety meetings
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (trade school preferred)
Valid plumbing license (Journeyman or Master, depending on state requirements)
5–10+ years of plumbing experience, including leadership experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and construction processes
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
Valid driver’s license (often required)
