Job Description
CEdge has an excitingopportunity for a Business Analyst (Mid-Level) in support of the NationalGeospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), located in Arnold, MO (NGA-STL). Thisposition requires an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

This position provides Records& Information Management (RIM) business analysis support to NGA. Thecontractor will analyze organizational needs, manage complex initiatives, anddrive improvements across enterprise business processes, ensuring compliancewith NGA records management policy directives.

Develop, manage, and maintain NGA's files plan in accordance with policy directives; submit for final approval to the NGOC Records Management representative.

Manage the organization's Records Management program in accordance with applicable NGA instructions and policy.

Lead and manage business process development, improvement, and re-engineering initiatives, applying metrics and performance measures to track progress.

Research and analyze information from diverse sources to prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership.

Develop, coordinate, and review strategic guidance, organizational policies, and performance assessments.

Serve as the primary action officer or project manager, overseeing initiatives from planning through delivery.

Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.

Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to manage requirements, de-conflict issues, and build consensus.

Support and manage IT audit activities by reviewing evidence, tracking findings, and coordinating remediation responses.

Lead and facilitate internal and external engagements.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in functional or cross-functional business analysis.

Demonstrated experience with Records & Information Management (RIM) programs and best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint administration.

Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to produce concise, accurate reports.

Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
