This role involves engaging audiences in real-time, presenting products effectively, and driving sales through live streaming. The ideal candidate will have experience in live selling, a passion for e-commerce, and the ability to captivate and persuade online viewers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement live selling strategies based on client products and target audience preferences.
Coordinate the scheduling and promotion of live selling events on e-commerce platforms to maximize viewership and engagement.
Work closely with clients to ensure the live selling strategy is aligned with their sales objectives.
Execution of Live Selling Events
:
Host live selling sessions, presenting products in a dynamic and engaging manner to encourage real-time purchases.
Ensure all aspects of the live stream are running smoothly, including technical setup, product displays, and customer interaction.
Answer viewer questions during the live stream and provide real-time feedback on products to drive sales.
Product and Content Preparation
:
Prepare and present products for live selling events, ensuring key features and benefits are highlighted effectively.
Create scripts and talking points for live sessions to maintain a smooth and engaging flow throughout the event.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure all product information and visuals are accurate and aligned with the brand.
Foster a strong connection with the audience during live sessions by interacting with viewers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Create a positive shopping experience for customers, encouraging repeat engagement and building brand loyalty.
Qualifications
Experience in live selling or e-commerce, particularly on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a dynamic on-screen presence.
Ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with an online audience in real-time.
Familiarity with live streaming technologies and tools, including camera setup, lighting, and product presentation.
Preferred Candidate
Prior experience in hosting live selling events or e-commerce sales.
Creative problem-solving skills to adapt to real-time challenges during live streams.
Location
100% On-Site project-based contract/work in the Company’s headquarters in Unit 308, One Legacy Place, Don Jesus Blvd cor Kentucky Drive, Alabang Hills, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines.
