Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, creative, and strategically minded Talent Development Consultant to join our Talent Enablement team. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our organizational culture strategy and the champion for our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs).
This is not a "check-the-box" administrative role. We need a critical thinker who can analyze sentiment data and translate it into impactful engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Culture Strategy & Design:
Develop and execute a comprehensive culture roadmap that aligns with our long-term business goals. Foster Culture and Engagement, moving beyond surveys to create sustainable behavioral change.
ARG Leadership & Governance:
Serve as the primary consultant and liaison for our Associate Resource Groups, providing framework, budget guidance, and strategic oversight to ensure ARGs drive inclusive community-building and professional development.
Data-Driven Engagement:
Utilize data analytics to measure the efficacy of culture initiatives, create SMART goals for engagement metrics, and pivot strategies based on quarterly associate feedback.
Creative Content & Program Design:
Design innovative engagement experiences and cultural touchpoints; coordinate the Firstpower Council under executive sponsors; bring a fresh perspective to value communication.
Emerging Technology Integration:
Research and evaluate how AI and new learning technologies can enhance the associate experience and streamline ARG operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Critical Thinking:
Ability to address complex organizational challenges and identify root causes.
Creative Flair:
Visual storytelling, innovative event design, and fresh engagement approaches for a hybrid workforce.
