Boost Home Healthcare – Greater Boston is soon to be Medicare-certified, ACHC-accredited home health agency based in Brookline, MA. We're building our per diem PTA team and looking for a licensed PTA to support physical therapy visits in the Brookline, Boston, Cambridge, Newton, Wellesley, Quincy, and Milton area — on your schedule, with no visit minimums and no large-agency red tape.

Note: compensation is paid per visit, not per hour. The rate shown at the bottom of this posting reflects a system default and does not accurately represent our per-visit structure.
What you’ll be doing
Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in the patient's home as delegated by and under the supervision of the supervising Physical Therapist and plan of care
Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
Complete visit documentation accurately and on time in compliance with Medicare, ACHC, and agency policies
Communicate patient progress, changes in status, and any clinical concerns to the supervising PT promptly
Participate in care coordination with the clinical team and patient's physician as needed
What we’re looking for
Active Massachusetts PTA license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
1+ year of home health or outpatient/rehab experience preferred; strong new grads considered
CPR/BLS certification (Healthcare Provider level)
Reliable transportation, valid MA driver's license, and current auto insurance
Available for at least 2–4 visits per week (flexible on timing)
