
Home Health Physical Therapist, Part Time $10,000 Bonus

At Mary Free Bed at Home, we’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our home health physical therapists collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
In partnership with Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, Mary Free Bed at Home is an accredited recognized leader in home health. We deliver industry-leading therapy and nursing expertise and services that exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area.
This part-time position supports patients in Stanton and surrounding areas and is eligible for $10,000 total bonus potential, including a $5,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
Minimum of one year healthcare experience
Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
