At F/LIST Florida, we have a specialized team of around 40 employees, focusing on the Air Aftermarket sector and, through F/YACHTING, selected yacht interior projects. We provide services and products for refurbishing and upgrading aircraft cabins for business and private jets, including intricate craftsmanship for repairing, refurbishing, redesigning, and modernizing high-quality aircraft furniture. We apply the same attention to detail and premium joinery standards in the yachting sector.
As part of our team you will…
be responsible for the
planning and execution of challenging international yacht interior projects , always ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are met.
provide
project coordination and leadership
to ensure that all phases of the project run smoothly and meet the defined objectives.
work closely with clients
to understand their needs and requirements and proactively provide solutions that meet their expectations.
recognise challenges early and take proactive measures
to overcome them and ensure project success.
clearly communicate and implement customer change requests
and effectively handle complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
conscientiously
monitor and ensure adherence to deadlines, costs and resources
within the scope of the project.
continuously
track the fulfillment and monitoring of project target metrics
to ensure successful project delivery.

have completed
technical or business training
that provides you with a solid foundation for the requirements of our position.
not only have a technical interest, but also a
good understanding of yacthing industry technical contexts .
you are characterised by a
high level of solution and goal orientation
and at the same time have
strong organisational skills
in order to manage complex tasks efficiently.
