Position Purpose
This position is responsible for leading product development, pricing, training, market strategy and marketing communications to support the growth of the Mini Excavator product line’s sales volume in North America.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
Manage and maintain pricing, sales codes and product master data
Provide insights to support pricing, product positioning and sales strategies.
Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to provide insights on revenue trends, customer behavior, and sales performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key sales metrics.
Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing historical data and market trends.
Provide predictive insights to support demand planning and revenue growth strategies.
Track and evaluate sales performance at individual, team and regional levels.
Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and strategic recommendations.
Maintain competitive data files on pricing and market share
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key sales metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
BA in Business, B. Engineering or similar
5 + years sales, product marketing, engineering and/or customer support experience in the industry or similar
Must pass any drug screens, background checks and pre‑employment tests as applicable
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain or Data Analysis
Experience in construction, landscaping or agriculture
Experience with equipment dealerships
Experience in product development and operations environments
Advanced in Microsoft Office software
Proficient in SAP
Comfortable in an in‑person office environment
Technical selling skills and ability to translate between costumer requirements and technical specifications, and vice versa.
Excellent public speaking skills and ability to present to leadership teams, customers and partners groups in a variety of settings.
Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level
Must have excellent follow‑through skills
Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings
Must be open to domestic and international travel
Desire and proven ability to learn and grow
