What you’ll do
Responsible for organizing, implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of AN value stream improvement programs and identification of process improvement projects within a value stream.
Leads and manages multiple continuous improvement projects (Lean six-sigma) and Kaizen events.
Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete projects. Liaise with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
Design, communicate, and implement a project plan for completing a project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
Coach and mentor project staff and assist them to solve problems.
Provides ongoing coaching and mentoring to Sponsors, BB/GB candidates on proper use of tools and improvement processes.
Facilitates workshops and kaizen events for complex initiatives and projects.
Identify and, if needed, design value stream and project metrics and key performance indicators (qualitative and quantitative) to measure improvement success.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree (± 16 years)
Experience
Minimum 5 years in a related field.
The base pay for this position is $113,300.00 – $226,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
