Shift hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 AM- 6:30 PM/Completion.# **Overview:**Monitors established workflow and assists in production of work within Treasury Management Services.## **Primary Responsibilities:*** Monitor work flow and serve as liaison between assigned Treasury Management Services unit and management.* Provide training and coaching to assigned Treasury Management Services team on daily work functions and approve work of assigned team.* Complete quality assurance control reviews of team activities.* Identify and resolve problems within assigned Treasury Management Services team.* Assist with production work on an as needed basis.* Complete daily production reporting for assigned Treasury Management Services team and approve daily work.* Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.* Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.* Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.* Complete other related duties as assigned.## **Education and Experience Required:**Minimum of 3 years’ higher education and/or relevant work experienceWork leadership experienceStrong customer service skillsKnowledge of relevant spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software as required within assigned team## **Education and Experience Preferred:**Proven verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of systems, documents and procedures in assigned areaM&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
