What You’ll Do
Plan, lead, and evaluate clinical simulation scenarios in the lab environment
Support field staff orientation, ongoing development, and performance improvement
Conduct clinical chart reviews and utilization review reporting
Mentor and guide staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care
Qualifications
Current RN license in New York (multi‑state/compact license preferred).
Minimum 2 years of staff development or nursing education experience
Experience with orientation, clinical chart review, and performance improvement plans
Strong assessment, organizational, and independent problem‑solving skills
Ambition to grow and advance within the organization
Schedule & Work Environment
Full‑time role: exempt
Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am-5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement
Participation in on‑call rotation as needed
