About the Role
We are seeking an
Occupational Therapist (OT)
to provide in-home, individualized therapy to pediatric patients across
Eagle Pass . You'll support children in reaching their developmental milestones by improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence in daily life.
Scheduling Options
Part-Time:
Less than 24 visits/week
Full-Time:
25+ visits/week
Daytime and after-school hours available
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
Evaluate developmental delays using standardized tools.
Teach families daily living skills and home programs.
Document sessions and patient progress accurately.
Collaborate with caregivers and care teams.

Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
Experience in
pediatric home health
or related field preferred.
Strong
communication
and
interpersonal skills
to engage with children and families.
Proficiency in
electronic medical records
(EMR) documentation.
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
Flexibility

for working with children with varying diagnoses and challenges.
