The
Sr Data Analytics & Reporting Associate
will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding, data management, and performance improvement of operational sites, as well as collaborating and communicating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
Oversee the end to end onboarding procedure for integrating sites into operational applications and reporting systems to guarantee data availability and process functionality
Manage and accelerate the problem‑solving process for data‑related issues, across multiple teams and product owners, to maintain data integrity and enable informed data‑based decisions
Launch and steer different initiatives to enhance performance at both site and fleet levels to support production and financial targets
Utilize state‑of‑the‑art project management tools to strategically plan and ensure timely execution of each project milestone
Conduct impromptu meetings as necessary to enhance communication and accelerate issue resolution
Collaborate with multiple organizational stakeholders to establish clarity and accountability
Job Requirements and Experiences
Bachelor's degree required in engineering, science, business, or similar discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the renewable energy sector
Minimum 3 years’ leading initiatives for performance improvement across multiple teams and departments
A Master’s degree can substitute for 2 years of work experience
Experience in managing complex and multi‑faced projects with multiple deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices, such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.
Expertise in utilizing project management applications and platforms like Trello, Jira, Microsoft Planner, and AirTable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across different functions and locations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Certification in project management, such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2, is a plus
Familiarity with databases (like SQL) and BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud) is beneficial
