We are seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the team within our Main Operating Room in Boston.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Providing sterile instruments to surgical team during surgery.* Organizing and arranging sterile instruments and supplies.* Collecting and removing contaminated items at completion of cases.* Assisting circulating nurses in maintaining adequate stock of sterile supplies* Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.**Minimum Qualifications**
**Experience:** * 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience preferred.* Pediatric experience preferred.**Licensure/Certifications:** * A certificate from a Surgical Technologist program.* New Graduates are eligible, provided that the certification is obtained within 12 months of graduation.
**\*Sign-on bonus of $10,000 for full-time hires with over 1 year of direct OR experience as a Surgical Tech (who have not worked here in the past 2 years).\***
