About the Opportunity
Greater San Antonio Emergency Physicians (GSEP) is seeking
Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians
to join our physician-owned, democratic group providing emergency care across the Methodist Hospital System in San Antonio. This opportunity offers true partnership, flexible scheduling, and the ability to practice in a
collaborative, physician-governed environment .
Highlights
$80,000 Sign-On Bonus
Competitive base rate + RVU incentive model
Equal partnership available after 1,500 hours
Flexible scheduling with choice of locations/shifts
All practice sites within 20-25 minutes on the North Side
Strong APP and ancillary support
High-volume, diverse acuity with 150,000+ annual ED visits
Qualifications
MD/DO with ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification/Eligibility
EM residency trained (ACGME or AOA)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Interest in long-term practice stability and ownership
Compensation & Benefits
Base hourly rate plus RVU incentives
Equal partnership track after 1,500 clinical hours
Malpractice insurance including tail coverage
CME allowance and comprehensive benefits package
Flexible shifts and site-level control
