We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience, licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, to join our downtown Philadelphia (Center City) office. This is a high-impact role offering immediate responsibility, meaningful courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to manage a substantial caseload in a performance-driven environment.
Our team is highly collaborative and operates best with attorneys working together in-office five days per week, while maintaining flexibility for personal needs and life demands.

What You’ll Do
Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution
Handle collections and commercial litigation cases, including casino-related matters
Draft, file, and argue motions in state courts
Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and proceedings
Lead all phases of discovery, including depositions
Conduct legal research and draft briefs and memoranda
Negotiate settlements and drive efficient case resolution
Manage a high-volume caseload with autonomy and accountability
Partner with attorneys and staff to deliver strong client outcomes
What You Bring
JD from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in NJ and PA (required)
5+ years of litigation experience (required)
Experience in collections, creditor rights, or commercial litigation preferred
Strong courtroom presence and motion practice experience
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional, confident, and client-facing demeanor
Interest in expanding into additional practice areas
Authorized to work in the US

Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
