Growing beauty and lifestyle brand is seeking a highly creative

Graphic Designer

who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This freelance opportunity is ideal for a designer who brings strong visual taste, excellent technical execution, and a passion for building compelling brand experiences across both print and digital channels.

This role sits within a creative team and works closely with cross-functional partners to bring marketing ideas to life. From packaging and campaign assets to in-store displays, social content, and experiential materials, you’ll help shape visually impactful work that strengthens brand presence and connects with consumers in meaningful ways.

What You’ll Do

Create high-quality visual assets across print, packaging, digital, social, retail, and event channels

Translate creative briefs and brand direction into polished, on-brand design solutions

Partner with creative, marketing, and product teams to support launches, promotions, and broader brand initiatives

Contribute to campaign development for in-store and consumer-facing experiences

Help evolve brand systems, design guidelines, and packaging direction while maintaining visual consistency

Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, and social use, ensuring accuracy in formatting, proofing, and output

Work with external vendors, printers, and production partners to ensure quality execution

Manage multiple design requests and timelines in an organized, detail-oriented way

Support the creation of product renderings, mockups, PR materials, and experiential/event graphics

Maintain project files and archives with strong attention to workflow and organization

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of graphic design experience with a strong background in print and packaging

Experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer products is highly preferred

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and a polished, contemporary design aesthetic

Hands‑on knowledge of print production, die‑lines, renderings, and file preparation

Ability to balance creative thinking with practical execution and fast‑moving deadlines

Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a lean team

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

A strong eye for current design trends and how they translate into effective brand storytelling

Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field preferred
