Arensia Exploratory Medicine is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to support our clinical trial and patient recruitment initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in SEO, Meta advertising, and Google Ads, particularly within healthcare, clinical research, or patient engagement campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize website content and structure to improve SEO performance and organic visibility

Conduct keyword research tailored to clinical trials and patient recruitment

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:

Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

Google Ads (Search, Display, and Remarketing)

Develop and manage engaging social media content to support recruitment and brand awareness

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, enrollments)

Ensure ad messaging aligns with regulatory, ethical, and healthcare communication standards

Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams to support study enrollment goals

Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and healthcare advertising best practices

Qualifications

Proven experience in SEO optimization and paid digital advertising

Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Manager / Ads Manager and Google Ads

Strong understanding of analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, conversion tracking)

Experience supporting clinical trials, patient recruitment, healthcare, or life sciences marketing is strongly preferred

Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to compliance and accuracy

Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines
