Position Summary
Lifeline Services is hiring a Youth Development Program Coordinator to support our growing team. Under the supervision of the Youth Development Program Manager, the Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Youth Development Department with day-to-day program operations including intake and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include completing documents and reports, ensuring timely submission, proofreading, scheduling, file management, quality assurance, data entry, intake, and program-specific projects. The candidate must be a multi-tasker with consistent attention to detail, establish priorities, and meet deadlines. This role also involves onboarding and training new staff, monitoring program objectives, troubleshooting data and contract audit issues, and notifying supervisors of potential problems. The candidate should demonstrate knowledge of trauma-informed, client-driven, and culturally competent care.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively on a team, think critically, address situations as they arise, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.

Training in Child Abuse and/or related issues.

Knowledge or familiarity with the Juvenile Justice System.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with quality assurance activities, including desk reviews and internal/external program audits, and provide ongoing feedback and updates to Managers and the Director.

Complete and submit monthly and quarterly reports, claims, and other contract-related data to the Program Manager/Director and contractors/funders on time and accurately.

Assist in planning and coordinating events, workshops, or group activities.

Work with support staff throughout the agency to ensure smooth running of program activities and agency needs.

Assist with reception coverage as needed.

Assist Program Managers and Directors with hiring processes, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screenings, and onboarding new staff, interns, and trainees across department programs.

Manage supply inventory and ordering across multiple offices, ensuring items remain stocked and office and staff needs are consistently met.

Complete other duties as assigned.

Schedule/Compensation

Full Time, 40 Hours, Non-Exempt

Monday to Friday, occasional weekends with advanced notice

Minimum of two late shifts per week, available until 7:30 pm

Salary commensurate with experience and education; differential pay offered for bilingual skills. EEO.

Additional Requirement

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a good driving record.

Willing to use your own, properly insured, reliable vehicle for the job (mileage reimbursed).
