Job Description
Student Support Analyst will lead work to ensure that students demonstrate achievement gains and internalize the school’s values. The role focuses on creating a positive, structured, caring, and disciplined school culture.

Responsibilities

Build strong individual relationships with students and their families.

Support student accountability for conduct in the middle school.

Model high expectations through positive and coaching feedback.

Provide proactive, daily support to teachers and throughout the school.

Manage student referrals for support in Deans List.

Participate on a school attendance team, calling families, home visits, facilitating formal mentoring groups, and data input.

Provide support to students 1:1 or in small groups.

Drive a 15-passenger van when needed to transport students.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required).

Strong commitment to early college access for marginalized populations (required).

Experience in advising in a higher education context (preferred).

Experience working with high school‑age students (preferred).

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Experience as an active anti‑racist or equity advocate (preferred).
