Description
Hoboken Grace is looking for a part-time intern for our Events Department. The individual will work directly with our Associate Director to provide an excellent guest experience for all those who rent out our space and attend our many community events.
This position is ideal for anyone looking for a career in event planning/coordinating and or is looking to gain valuable hands‑on experience in a non‑profit environment. The candidate must be able to work on‑site in Hoboken, NJ and must be eligible to work in the United States.
QUALIFICATIONS
Organizing and communicating with inquiries for space rentals
Assisting with planning and executing internal and external events
Assisting with event and space preparation including hospitality and environment execution
RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
Must have high-grade project management and problem solving skills
Must be detail and task-oriented
Must be able to work on‑site
SCHEDULE
May 26 - August 13, 2026
15 - 20 hours per week depending on candidate
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
$250 - $500 stipend at the end of the internship
