We are currently accepting applications for Interns for our Sacramento Office location. This opportunity will be starting Summer 2026, working with our Procurement team.
The Procurement intern will gain hands‑on learning and invaluable learning opportunities that support their professional growth. Responsibilities of a Procurement Intern include building vendor relationships, developing internal relationships, and learning the ERP System for tracking materials. Put your education into action by assisting our Procurement team!
Success in the position can be achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:
Writing purchase orders in Spectrum Software
Learning ERP System in Spectrum
Collaborating with Project Managers and Project Engineers for project needs which include but are not limited to:
On time material delivery
Proof of delivery
Approvals for purchase orders
Providing updates on purchase orders
Counting Inventory (PPE, Warehouse Material)
Matching invoices with purchase orders
Key Skills:
Strong Written and Verbal Communication
Attention to Detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
Education & Experience
Supply Chain Degree, Construction Management, or related degree.
Safety & Physical Requirements
Must wear proper PPE while on jobsites.
Must comply with all safety standards and procedures.
Sit, stand, and walk during the duration of the workday.
Will lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, crouch, and reach.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Salary Range:
$22-$27
