Cultivate a 5-star team environment by recruiting, training, coaching, and counseling team members; communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, enforce policies and procedures.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED (preferred)
One or more years shift management experience
Open/ flexible work availability
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own shift in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good with problem solving and decision making
