02701A - Scientist, Regulatory
The Regulatory Scientist will perform a variety of duties related to ingredient and finished product specifications, labelling, specification management systems, and other customer information and/or regulatory-related assignments as requested.
Review product labeling and documentation for compliance
Create and Maintain Internal Finished Product Specifications.
Support allergen and other Federal/State policy compliance
Support certification management of finished goods
Engage in and support all product documentation creation, management, and updates
Track and monitor progress against established goals and deadlines
Expertise in Canadian Regulations, International labeling requirements, Creating ingredient statements and compliant labels
